GIMMICK:
A no nonsense rough attitude brawler. Sean will just out right brawl a fight, also resorting to extreme rules and weapons if the anger is there. Raines will not think twice about after effects of what he will do to someone. He has a long history in several feds of going to the limits of the mind to hurt somebody. His size is used as an advantage and his mental stability is usually in question. He likes to fight, but he is loyal to those he feels are allies.
CHARACTER BIOGRAPHY:
Sean spent his early years fighting to survive along side his older brother Marcus. The two eventually found their way through many feds and eventually starting their own.Unfortunate events and trust in the wrong individuals saw the brothers lose control of their fed. Lost and angry the Raines brothers wandered fed to fed taking their anger and extreme tactics out on anyone who stepped in the ring with them. Championships were gained, blood was shed, lives altered solely from witnessing the carnage they brought to a match. This continued as they toured the world until life would take a turn. A tragic accident would take Marcus's life.
Sean would continue the aimless wandering solo. A constant tour, he jumped around and only stayed in feds while they kept his attention and continued feeding his craving for carnage and destruction. Eventually ending up in IIW in its early years . But once again the touring continued. Raines would make several runs through IIW, capturing a few titles along the way.
After Leaving IIW for the last time in 2017, Raines would again go back to wondering along down the road. Until a over the top violent match left him injured in late 2017. Taking a step out of the ring he returned full time to Chicago. Years of abuse on his body left long term damage and Raines required several surgeries to fix the tears and damage he suffered. On advice from his doctors Raines officially retired from in ring action. Raines, looking for something to do and fill time during his recovery started back to the gym in mid 2018. With the start of 2019 came the global pandemic and the basic shutting down of the world, so Raines had nothing else to do aside from hit the gym. No goals or expectations, Raines needed something he knew as normal in his life and keeping up with his gym routine was it. Between the gym, have a few drinks at his favorite local bar he was pretty content with life. Until the call that came in January of 2022. An invite back to IIW, a return to the ring. Raines took the offer into consideration, knowing what it was going to do to his body. And after only a week of thinking about it Raines agreed to return.
