The camera fades from black to a view of the pavement as rain beats down on the black top on the outskirts of Atlanta. Then, suddenly, a car races past the camera splashing water from its tires as it tears through the falling rain. Catching up, we see a black 1969 Pontiac GTO. Inside is Caleb Scott, his left hand gripping the wheel while his right hand rests on the shifter as the wipers move as fast as they can to clear the windshield of any water. Caleb begins to speak while continuing to stare out the windshield. "Riot Act has arrived and when I looked at the card, what did I find? I discovered that I will be facing that behemoth Sean Raines. Not only that but the match will be No Disqualification and if anyone knows me, they know that those two simple words have the ability to get my heart pumping. It gets me excited, it brings such delight that it feels intoxicating. The idea that I can do anything I want in that ring makes me feel better than any drug or woman could make me feel."
The 350-hp engine shakes with power as Caleb begins to accelerate faster in the downpour. His laser-focus is unbreakable as Caleb speeds down the road vacant of any other drivers. "After Sean finished off Tyde, impressively I might add, I decided to take action against Raines. I sent a warning to not only Raines but all of Combat. If you want to call me out, your answer will come swiftly and without mercy. However, now I have questions being thrown at me left and right about what my intentions were with that attack. I think I made it very clear, there are no hidden messages in what I did, there is no need to overthink my actions. Raines wants to face my darkness so I gave him an answer. However, speaking of Tyde and Nightmare Court, they want to put me on some kind of trial and try to intimidate me or get me to join or whatever they're doing. They better tread lightly or what happened to Raines could happen to them too. This being a No DQ match, I'm sure I'll be unfortunate enough to see Tyde or any of them."
The rain continues to beat down on the windshield as the wipers begin to fail to clear it quick enough as Caleb continues to accelerate. A bright bolt of lightning crawls across the sky and reflects in Caleb's eyes. "Speaking of Riot Act, do you happen to know where our PPV's namesake comes from? The Riot Act was a British Act of Parliament back in 1714. It read that if rioters did not disperse within an hour of being warned, then authorities could use whatever means necessary to handle the situation. You had your warning already, Raines, so now it's time for me to use anything and everything to show you how big of a mistake you have made by challenging me."
The lights of Atlanta are now visible in the distance as Caleb drives closer to his destination. "You deciding to come back to IIW after that call in January was a mistake. That decision will lead to you leaving IIW yet again. You should've stayed in the gym and out of the ring because all of those injuries, surgeries and years of abuse will culminate at Riot Act. You will be wheeled from the ring, out of Omni Coliseum and brought to your hospital bed where you will remain for however little time you have left. All you will be thinking about is how you should've said 'No.' when asked to come back. You had your fun with Tolly but I am the consequences of your actions and those actions have finally caught up with you."
Suddenly, Caleb slams on the brakes. The tires lock up as they skid through the soaked road. Caleb leans forward slightly as he brakes until he slams into the back of his seat once the car finally comes to a halt. Caleb looks out the passenger window, the only sound is the rain beating on the roof of the car and the wipers aggressively going back and forth. After a few seconds, the sound of the door opening echoes through the interior of the car. Caleb steps out into the rain and walks around to the back of the car. From the tree line, Caleb's silhouette tears through the red of the taillights as he continues to stare out towards the trees. We then see a familiar sight as four flames ignite amongst the trees and begin to move closer to Caleb. He takes a few steps forward as he watches closely as his four drudges emerge from the trees, their torches seemingly immune to the water pounding down from the sky. The rain unable to stop the darkness from moving forward as the drudges form a square in the ditch between the road and the tree line. Caleb walks to the center of the hooded figures, putting his arms out and head down as the water rushes off his black hair, surrounding his face. He then turns around and faces the camera. "You see Raines, your namesake cannot put out these simple torches, it cannot prevent what is happening. In the ring, it will be the same. In Atlanta, you will not be able to prevent me from tearing you apart, limb by limb I will dismantle you. I have had it with our back and forth, it is time to finally settle this."
Caleb then puts his arms out to the side and the torches extinguish. He then walks back up to the car and gets in. Glancing in the rear view mirror, Caleb thinks he sees a figure standing behind the GTO when a lightning strike lights up the area. He turns back to look but when another bolt lights up the sky, there is nothing there. Turning forward, Caleb shifts the car into gear and begins to drive off towards Atlanta. As the camera watches the car disappear from the shoulder of the road, the unmistakable silhouette of Jack Tyde comes into frame before cutting to black. ______________________________________________________

Caleb is seen walking down a sidewalk after arriving in Atlanta. As he walks past a street sign, we see that he is walking on Oakland Ave SE. The streetlights brighten his path in the darkness as he walks with his head slightly lowered but still looking forward as his black hair sways back and forth. In his hand, Caleb clutches his chain-wrapped bat. The intimidating sight causes a few people still out in the world to cross the street to the other side as Caleb continues to walk slowly but with purpose. He then stops and looks to his left. Before him is a large brick entrance, one large pathway with open gates in the middle with two smaller, gated, openings on either side of the main entrance. Above the entrance, in the brick, is a large sign that reads "OAKLAND." Caleb glances down the sidewalk, debating whether or not to enter, before finally walking through the entrance. Once inside, we see that Caleb has entered the famous Oakland Cemetery. Resting Place of 70,000 citizens ranging from soldiers, mayors, governors and authors. Slowly walking through, looking at headstones, mausoleums and multiple impressive feats of architecture until one catches Caleb's eye, causing him to freeze. "It has been a while since I set foot in a cemetery. Before IIW, they're where I would spend a lot of time. Wandering around, looking at the dates and names of the departed. Wondering their story and what had happened to bring them to their final resting place. Wondering about their successes, failures and regrets. No matter what we do in life, we all end up just like this. Buried under the dirt, left to rot."
Caleb begins to approach Richards Mausoleum. Glancing at the stained glass windows, the winged gargoyles and gothic architecture. He takes a few steps up to the first platform, flowers and bushes crowd him from either side as he continues to stare. "I will end up just like the rest of the corpses here and, more importantly, so will Sean Raines. That line between your birth and death date signifies so much that it feels underwhelming to have just a small line. That small line is your entire life. Your victories, your loss, your pain and delight. At Riot Act, I will add another victory to my line when I defeat Sean Raines. I will then make my way back to what is mine, what was wrongfully taken from me and now sits around the waist of an overgrown miscreant. That is, as long as I can get Tyde and Nightmare Court to abandon their pursuit of me."
Caleb then steps up the next two steps and comes face to face with the entrance to the mausoleum. A howling wind rushes through the area, acting as a warning to Caleb to not enter but Caleb ignores it and grabs the ring hanging from an animal's mouth on the front of the door. Caleb pulls the door and it slowly creaks open. Inside, there is a small path and on either side of it are the final resting places of Robert H. Richards and his wife, Josephine. Past them, against the far wall, rests a small table below three stained glass windows. On top of the table burns a black candle, nearly all the way burned down, dripping wax has hardened off the edges of the table and Caleb slowly walks up to it, leaning his bat against the back wall and staring at the flickering flame. "Here in Atlanta will be the end of Sean's line. He has challenged something he cannot fully comprehend. Everything eventually comes to an end, Sean's title reigns, all of his comebacks in IIW, his previous fed he ran with his brother, and speaking of, even Marcus is no longer with us. But I will be sending him some company soon and you two will be reunited. This will be your final time coming back to IIW and it was one too many. My darkness is all-consuming and it will creep upon you like a snake slithering through the grass. You won't have enough time to react before it takes hold of you and drags you down into the pits of despair."
Caleb places his hands out, palms up, under the table. The wax slowly drips onto his hands and hardens upon impact. The flame begins to shrink as it burns on the last parts of the wick. "As for Jack Tyde, that problem will be solved once I deal with Raines. Like I said before, I will destroy every person in this roster to make my way back to the Global Championship. That is my end game. That is all that I am focused on. Every opponent is just an obstacle that will quickly crumble at my feet while I step over them, one step closer to my goal. Then, when the time is finally right, I will become not only the first ever Global Champion but the first ever two-time Global Champion. Riot Act is just another rung on the ladder back to my rightful place at the top."
Outside a Grave digger slowly walks by the mausoleum and faintly hears Caleb's voice from inside. He looks around before his curiosity gets the best of his and he starts to walk up the steps. Back inside the mausoleum, Caleb watches the last few seconds of the flame's life. "Riot Act is here and with it comes an unrelenting darkness; a merciless sadist. Tonight, once and for all, I will send Sean Raines to his Final Resting Place."
The grave digger pushes the door open as Caleb watches the flame extinguish. Looking inside, the grave digger sees smoke rolling off the candle wick inside a now empty mausoleum. __________________________________________________
