To Train? Well the truth is that she was not sure that she knew exactly what that meant. Was it to drop sweat onto a puddle of the floor because you had pushed your body to another level of pain in preparation for a match, well yes but that was just one type and the truth was that while she wanted to go into the match and say that without any doubt that she would be ready for Hixx, the truth was she knew better. For every ounce of cockiness that ran through her body, for every sharp corner of knowing that for the moment she stood atop the IIW Mountain when it came to the women's champion, she was not stupid. Standing down at the top of the mountain gave her plenty of time to look down and see that shark infested pool of women who seemed to be able to smell blood and were continuously circling her, not because they liked her but simply because they wanted her belt. Bravo to them, for that was what the title was for. Hixx was just the latest in a line that had found itself forming so long that Daddy Marisol was honestly starting to feel like selling tickets to face her, but even she knew that it did not quite work like that.
Still as she sat, with the felt fabric in front of her and carefully sliding it into the sewing machine, she only was pulling the strings and fabric of her hat. "Truthfully at All Belts Spectacular, Hixx must realize that our match is special, not because of her but because of me. This is my return to MGP once again and it is my name that is not only putting people in the seats but would anyone care about her otherwise?" It was a question that she has posed to herself simply because she was curious. "In all seriousness Latoya, I am glad, ecstatic even that we are having this match. You see you simply think that you are better than you are just because you have had the honor of being brought up in my conversations. Not that I blame you for that, my fame has tried to rub off on you and make you a star in your own right and sadly everything simply keeps refusing to sprinkle itself around you and let you shine. That makes me sad for you."
She took a second to pull at the fabric, for her hat to be awesome for the event along with her match as well. It was a one night even once again but she still wanted her name and the match with Hixx to be talked about for months to come because Daddy Marisol was not only that damn good but the people needed something good to say about the match. "I think that if we were at different point in our careers that you would stand a better chance. You see Hixx once upon a time I was a rookie who had absolutely zero confidence and that version of myself allowed others to run all over me. Me now looking back over that child, I do not understand how I was ever like that but then I realize that as I am sure that you know we all start out in a way that we do not like, but me now, I just do not like you."
It was a truth and it was not harsh but she, if nothing else would always do her best to be honest. "I mean I tried to like you but you are just such a hardcore, irritating, woman who will not leave me alone. I mean at first I tried to sugar coat it almost as if you were a fan of mine and then I realized that while you are not, you do find yourself wanting my belt. It's how the business goes but what you want is not what you are going to get." She knew that she could not predict the future but the people who would be watching their match deserved better and if Hixx won their match, that was as bottom of the barrel as one could get. It would not only be repulsive and down right nasty, but unheard of. Still such an occasion deserved it's own hat, a hat that at the end of the day Daddy Marisol could see herself using to choke Hixx out.
She had to be extra careful she knew when she got to what would be the brim, so she kept her focus as she spoke again. "I do like the fact that I can see a very small part of myself in you Hixx." She knew that by admitting that she could be ridiculed but at the end of the day good recognized good, and though Daddy Marisol had moved from good to spectacular she still had to speak the truth. "When I hear you and when I see you, all I see is a woman who has an waddled around in a field of emptiness for far too long. There are things that you crave and desire and those things are fulfilled when you look at me Latoya because of the strap that I do hold, but that feeling of fulfillment that you think you will achieve after our match, honey no."
Grit and determination and also skill might also be things that Hixx had a bit of a hand in dealing with but it still would not be enough as Daddy Marisol stopped the sewing machine and straighten the course of the fabric once more. "You are like this fabric you see. Pretty on the outside, hell probably even nice to the touch but then there is me. I am the center piece of our match, and you, while very lucky to stand in the ring with me are sadly just an accessory with legs." An accessory that was not capable of carrying the IIW Women's title in the end. "Accessories do not know what it is like to hold up anything or to carry the pressure that being the Intense International Women's Champion brings, they only know what it is like to sparkle and be worn for one night but at the end of the night as you shall be Latoya thanks to me, accessories get thrown back into the closest never to be seen ever again."
Everyone knew that there could only be one and right now Daddy Marisol was that one. She imagined that Hixx was used to playing second fiddle to everyone else so Hixx should not even expect this outcome to be any different. Still no match, no opponent would ever be overlooked. "I guess at the end of the day, a woman like you, would want to be a woman like me. The world has turned on that emotion known as jealousy and even as far as the world has come, jealousy does seem to have a way of always rearing it's ugly head when someone who is better at every angle than us comes into our space." The sounds of the machine slowly whirred on. "I am sorry that it has come to this Hixx, but Daddy finds you truly entertaining. You see it's not you that I want across my lap, for me spanking your ass would surely give you more pleasure than you deserve, but Daddy can not and will not turn away those who dare want to taste that which is defeat courtesy of yours truly."
She would never call anything a waste for experience and travels should never be classified as such a thing, at least to her. Hixx had shown vigor so far and she had no idea that it would be the same at ALL BELTS SPECTATCULAR as well, which only made her smile. Champions could be crowned at the very low point of the division that they were in and breathe life into it and that was what exactly what Daddy Marisol was doing and would continue on. After their match it would be Hixx who could say that she had the best match within her recent career and she would have no choice but to thank Daddy Marisol. "At the very least Latoya I do hope that once our match is over, I can expect flowers from you. Daddy's favorite are those beautiful sunflowers, though I will never shy away from those delicate but lovely pink roses either that way should we ever meet in the ring again after ALL BELTS SPECTACULAR, I can use the thorns that have regrown on those roses to choke you." Hixx would have been luckier if it was personal and not business. At least if it were personal Daddy Marisol could have been talked into forgiving Hixx because she knew that Hixx knew no better but this was business and therefore Daddy Marisol had to be more cut throat than she had shown the last time that she was here. Every time she came back she already knew it was just another layer of herself shedding and choosing to evolve into what she had to become to continue to hold onto the IIW Women's championship. She was just about finished with her fabric at the moment when she turned her head, looking out of her window. It had started to rain, which was not unusual for the time of year but it did draw her attention away a bit as she got up and made her way over to the window.
"Hixx is not smart enough to come at me right now so what in the hell is going on?" She supposed in the flurry of abundance of things that had been going on in her life she had forgotten that the details were always the most important. Sometimes they were scattered through out the story, and sometimes the story while not chaptered off as much as she would appreciate being an avid reader and what not still flowed as she pushed the window slightly opened and looked down. She deeply sighed as she recognized those curls from anywhere as Maverick looked back up at her. "Maverick I really do not have time for this." #ThatEverIllusiveFrog though. None the less she watched Maverick make his way up and normally she would not mind his antics, but this was going to get weird as she backed up, guarding the material from him.
"I just came to let you know, well to wish you luck and let you know that I found Marcy. I already got her semi settled and you should just concentrate on your match but still be aware. By the way you know I'm cheering for Hixx right?" Of course he was. Still she had to finish her hat. Wait did he say Marcy? She sighed as she spoke. "Fill me in later, I need to stay focused." To train, she now knew at least how she seen it. To prepare for the unexpected and in the end accept the fact that in the end if you needed to cheat to be the best, that would be what you did. However as far as Hixx went, well if she played her part well enough, she could always find herself as one of Daddy Marisol's fans and friends. Epic it would be, but ALL BELTS SPECTACULAR title defense first and foremost.
