The scene opens up to a military bar in Washington, D.C. The inside is decorated with patriotic colors as soldiers sit at tables drinking and playing pool why the waitress's women service them. To the far left alone at the bar sits a man wearing a Black jacket, black pants, and some boots on. His hair is dark and long as it's hanging to his shoulders.
The Bartender comes towards him.
Bartender- You need another drink tonight, Jake?
Jake- Not right now. I'm waiting on someone important. Take care of those soldiers over there; you never know when this will be their last.
The bartender looks at Jake for a moment in a confused matter but nods his head as he walks to the other side of the bar. A few moments later, a man dressed in an all-black suit with a black hat walks in; he looks around the place to make sure nobody watches him. After making sure he a clear, he takes a seat towards Ryan and pulls out an envelope, and slides it towards Jake.
Jake- Is this the information I requested, Zero?
Agent Zero- Yes, that's a contact of mines in Manchester; he currently works for IIW managing a kid name JT Maverick. Brian Shaw is a great manager he'll help you when you arrive. Now, do you have what I requested?
Jake Ryan takes a sip of what's left of his beer and wipes his mouth with his hand as he places his cup back down.
Jake- Follow me, zero.
Jake Ryan gets up out of his seat and walks outside as Agent Zero follows behind him. Jake leads him to the back of the bar, where it's not visible to the public; a black mustang is parked in the back. Jake Ryan approaches the car as Agent Zero approaches slowly.
Agent Zero- Will you hurry up before we are seen.
Jake Ryan gives zero a stare before popping open the trunk, and a man that's gagged and tired lays inside looking frightened as he looks up towards Zero and Jake.
Jake Ryan- This is your man Frankie Colone wanted for connections to ISIS and human trafficking. Found him at a hotel in Cuba. It didn't take much to bring him.
Agent Zero- Good work, Hitman; your Country thanks you for your service. We've been trying to get this guy forever, but of course, because of politics, we couldn't get him the legal way.
Jake lights up a cigarette and takes a few puffs.
Jake- I know you couldn't; that's why you called me to handle it. Now, if we're done here, I have plans to arrange. I need to get ready to return to pro wrestling.
Agent Zero- Sure thing, I can take it from here. Brian will be expecting your call.
Jake tosses Zero the keys to the mustang as he walks off towards the dark as the scene fades out.
A few days later, Jake Ryan is in Manchester sitting in Brian Shaw's office as he waits for his appointment he had set up a few days ago. He looks around Brians's office, making sure it's clear of any cameras or wires. As he looks are behind Brians's bookcase. The office door swings open, and Brian Shaw walks in.
Brian - Hey, what are you doing?
Jake- Making sure I'm not being taped for the material you can use later to exploit me.
Brian- Who do you think I am? Zero told me you were the precaution type, but man, I didn't expect this anyway I'm Brian Shaw, and I will be helping you get started in IIW.
I already managed one talent JT Maverick, and he's doing ok for the most part.
Jake- Yes, I've heard and listened; this partnership won't be like you and JT; I don't need you to speak for me or be at my side twenty-four-seven. I need you to keep me on schedule and advise me on specific opportunities that may come.
Brian- Yes, I understand completely you have nothing to worry about. I've already spoken to Osh about your arrival, and he's booked you for a match on combat.
Jake Ryan- Good job. It's been a while since I've been in an actual ring. Training on Combat is just what I need to get back in the groove of things.
Brian- Yes, sir, exactly why I set it up now that's all the information I have for you today. I'll give you a call when more wrestling matters arrive. I also suggest you find a gym or use the IIW training facility before your combat match. Anything else you need before you leave?
Jake- Nope, I'm good. I think I'll find myself a bar to go to.
Jake heads towards Brian window
Brian- The door is the other way...
Before Brian can finish, Jake Ryan leaps out the building window, which scales to four hundred and ninety-two feet. As he falls from the building, a helicopter swoops by with a ladder, and Jake Ryan catches on as he gives a salute to Brian as the scene fades and goes dark.
The Bartender comes towards him.
