The scene cuts open to JT Maverick doing push-ups in front of the mirror as he has on beats headphones on as he listens to Champion By Clement Marfo & The Frontline. He turns his headphones up as you can hear the lyrics coming from the headphones. (Today is the Day I wants to touch the sky I feel born again I feel Sometimes baptized the rain Sometimes falls the sunrise Sometimes I rewind to the pain that's inside Going in till midnight Working by the candlelight the Last Person to Rest First Person to advancing Consistent on the grind Success on my mind Catch me at the finishing line with my hands high I'm FEELING 10 FEET TALL, UNSTOPPABLE I'm THE CHAMPION.)
As he continues to work out in front of the mirror, he switches to lifting 80-pound dumbbells as he does curls why still repeating the lyrical to himself. As he continues to work out, the door to the gym opens up, and it's Brian Shaw walking in wearing a light-out t-shirt with jogging pants on with sneakers on as Jake Ryan follows in behind him, unaware of their entry JT continues to work out why singing.
Jake- So this is the guy?
Brian- I know right now he doesn't seem like the real deal, but yes, this is The Wrestling God JT Maverick.
Brian Taps JT on his shoulder, who jumps to his surprise, dropping the dumbbells to the floor as they almost hit Brians foot but luckily, he moves out the way.
Brian- Damn it, JT, you almost broke my damn foot.
JT- Well, hell, Brian, you should know better to interrupt a man why working out.
He finally notices Jake Ryan, who's made himself comfortable on the bench press.
JT- Brian, who is this?
Brian- This is Jake Ryan, former Marine turn pro wrestler, and I'm his manager as well now, and the three of us have some things to discuss.
Brian Shaw motions for both of them to follow him as JT and Jake Ryan measure each other. They head into a big private room that Shaw has set up for them as they walk in and take a seat at a table as Jake Ryan rolls in a giant whiteboard.
Brian- Ok, let's get started; as you know, after your impressive performance against Tudor, you've on in the international title tournament.
JT- Yeah, I could redeem myself after taking that loss to Hunter, but that's in the past now as I just beat the unbeatable Tudor.
Jake- I wouldn't gloat too much if I was. You aren't like Tudor was anything special, just a hothead with a big body. It was easy for you to brighten him out.
JT and Jake glare at each other as Brian snaps his fingers to get their attention back.
Brian- Now as we just found out, you'll be facing Zack Steele next, and I had Jake Ryan use his resources to get his information on him; and we need you to do some extra damage to Zack in the match.
JT- Extra damage? Shouldn't I try to win the match?
Brian- Yes, but after he attacked Jake Ryan in the battle royal, I'm going to need you to teach him not to mess with Foundation!
JT- Ok, have I missed something here? When do we become an organization? And why should I give a damn about what happens to him?
Brian- Damn it, JT, get your head out your ass. I told you I was working on a group to put together, and Jake Ryan is the first to join, and I'm throwing you two together but don't worry, you won't be a tag team. I know how you have single championship goals, but for now, your allies, and since Zack stuck his nose in Jakes's business, you're going to show him why that was a big mistake.
JT- Damn it fine ill work with Jake, and we can try to build on Foundation but lets me clear I'm the Wrestling God here, and I'm in the international tournament. So he stays out of my way or makes another enemy.
Jake- Don't worry, kid, I have no intentions of getting involved in your affairs as I want you to smash Zack up for me. I would do it, but I have my debut match against Deimos to prepare for.
JT- Ok, whatever, somebody tells me about my opponent.
Jake pulls out an envelope and takes the documents out. And places an old picture of Mark Steele on the board.
Jake- Listen up because I'm not repeating myself, Private. This is Mark Steele, father of Zack Steele. Mark wrestled in IIW from the beginning, and that's how Zack Steele fell in love with the business. They used to see Mark Steele perform on Mayhem. Not much other information on him. He wasn't in the Hall of Fame or held any records.
JT- So his father was a nobody then, to sum it all up. That inspired just a failure, and his son Zack; what a joke. He wants to follow in a loss's footsteps.
JT Chuckles to himself as Jake pulled out another picture of Zack Steele and places him on the board.
Jake- As you know, this is Zack Steele, the dwarf that attacked me and cost me a chance to be Hollywood Champion. He's only had one match in IIW against Ryan McCann, which he won, but I would be brag too much about that because Ryan has three losses on his record.
JT- So he's hasn't been tested at all in IIW, yet he faced a loser why I faced a legit talent in Hunter in my first match. I'm going to introduce Zack to the actual Main Event properly. His time earning cakewalk wins is over; I'm going to put him to the test.
Brian- Good, now Jake Ryan and I have some business to attend to keep training and get ready for Steele.
Jake- Oh, before I forget, you got like three minutes now to throw those papers outside before your mansion comes crumbling down. (He laughs to himself)
Jake walks out the door with Brian as JT scrambles to get the papers together and throws them outside in a metal trash can as it lets off a small. Explosion.
JT- Damn it, this guy Jake is not going to be easy to deal with anyways; where was I.
He looks directly into the camera and looks focus.
JT- Now I've successfully gotten my first win by knocking off the unbeatable Tudor on Monday Night Mayhem. Now I new challenger awaits me next week in Zack Steele, who I had no legitimate beef with but unfortunately for him, he's been placed in my path as I, the Wrestling God, continue down the path that leads me to The International Championship in which will help in solidifying me as the best in IIW today one lose on my record will not stop me how one win doesn't make me the best but soon ill be able to say that with no ifs or buts soon I'll bee holding the International Championship and ill make sure of that when I knock your lights out Zack because what you need to understand that I am as I good as I say I am. Soon you'll get an up-close view on why I am the Main Event and the Wrestling God of IIW; see you, Monday, Zack.
The scene cuts off as it goes dark.

We open to a black box studio; a chair is set up in the middle.
Music (https://www.bensound.com/royalty-free-music/track/instinct) starts playing as Zack Steele walks into shot and sits down on the chair wearing a black IIW tracksuit jacket and a pair of jeans, his usually loose hair is tied back into a bun. He looks straight into the camera.
“JT Maverick, The Main Event, The Wrestling God, The Most Delusional Man in Professional Wrestling. A lovely array of nick names you have given yourself to boost that ego, but you know you could just let your talent do that for you, and you have got wins under your belt to back it up. People think me and you are alike but that makes me sick to my stomach.
Yes, people draw up comparisons between us both using facts like we both come from a legacy in this business and we both have been labelled prodigies however that is where the similarities end. When we take potential and talent into consideration, I am just superior. I have a deeper wealth of experience and training. A 15 and 1 MMA record does not come close to the 500¬+ matches I have had all over the world. You are only here because Mother and Father wanted you to go out into the big wide world and fend for yourself…but they also insisted that a family friend look after you, but you know definitely still going out into the big wide world by yourself. Whereas I have been out in this big wide world fending for myself since I was 18. You are a poser; you come from this lavish lifestyle and have had everything handed to you on a silver platter and it makes me sick that people draw comparisons to us both.
At Mayhem, I am going to show why we are not the same, I am going to show everybody why you are a bargain bin knock-off of my legacy. You can hit me with all your flashy strikes and all your intricate holds, but just know whatever you know, I know more. I have trained in all the same styles as you and more. You call yourself a Wrestling God, well that must make me a Wrestling Atheist because I do not believe in you and your existence in this company. You can’t be a Wrestling God and I’ll explain it in three simple categories, and these will be the three terms used to describe God, Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent.”
Zack takes a drink of water before continuing.
"Omnipotent means all-powerful. I have more knock out power in my god damn knee alone than you have in all your body. You only think you are powerful because of how you have been brought up, because you have been brought up in a powerful household you must think that makes you powerful by proxy, but it does not, it just makes you mentally weak.
Omniscient means all-knowing. Tell me do you know all there is to know about the art form that is professional wrestling, have you spent every waking hour of the day honing and absorbing as much information about this business. No, you have not. You have spent your whole life with an MMA induced tunnel vision with no ambition to expand into other styles. I have learnt from the best in the Lucha Libre, Japanese puroresu, British Catch-as-catch-can. I have sacrificed so much in order to be the best I can be. You are not all-knowing, you are delusional.
Omnipresent means all-present. No one can be everywhere at once, so this one just speaks for itself.
YOU ARE NOT A WRESTLING GOD. YOU ARE A FRAUD. AND YOU WILL NOT BE ADVANCING IN THIS TOURNAMENT, I WILL. I HAVE WORKED TOO HARD AND TOO LONG TO LOSE NOW. I AM 3 MATCHES AWAY FROM THAT TITLE BEING MINE. AND I WILL NOT LOSE TO A FRAUD. I WILL NOT LOSE TO SOMEONE WHO BELIEVES THEY ARE SOMETHING THEY ARE NOT AND HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE. I WILL NOT LOSE TO SOMEONE WHO HAS NOT EARNT A GOD DAMN THING IN THEIR LIFE AND MORE THAN ANYTHING I WILL NOT LOSE TO SOMEONE WHO INSULTS ME OR MY FAMILY’S LEGACY IS THIS BUSINESS. YOU CAME FOR MY FAMILY AND NOW I’M COMING FOR YOUR HEAD. JT MAVERICK, YOU HAVE BEEN PUT ON NOTICE. GOOD LUCK."

The segment opens to the office of Brian Shaw; he sits on his desk wearing a lights-out T-shirt and some Levi blue jeans with black Nike sneakers on. Be hide him he has his laptop open with the IIW home page on the screen. He presses his mouse and clicks on the Zack Steele video; he watches it closely and listens to every word said. He clicks on the video once more and pauses it as he turns around to the camera.
Brian- Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to my office. I’m sure you're wondering why I have gone life right now, but it should be obvious, really, but if you lack the brain cells to put the puzzle pieces together, then shut up and listen up. Because what I have to say is always controversial.
You see, earlier today, Zack Steele made an intriguing video, and hats off to him. (Brian starts sarcastically clapping towards the camera) Your speech about why you and my client are nothing alike was outstanding, and everything you said was correct. Except for the fact you overlooked my client's college wrestling background because it seems you only saw his MMA record and thought my client was a one-trick pony but had you done better research, Zack, you would've seen that my client had a history of 69-0 in college and was a multiple-time NCAA national wrestling champion. Please don't think your so superior because you were wrestling in house shows that barely could draw in a hundred people.
He takes a sip of water from his bottle that sits on the desk; after he has done, he puts it back down.
Brian- Now I know you thought you would hear from JT Maverick himself, but you see JT is a professional and knows what it takes to win a match. He is not practicing in run-down gyms; oh no, he is in training with the very best as we speak. Now enlighten me, Zack; you say my client is delusional and that he's full of himself, but let's get something straight my client earned the right to walk around here like the Wrestling God he is, and your right; he does come from a wealthy background, and he has no reason to be a shame of that. Just because your family couldn't make it happen and you had to grow up with a poor lifestyle does not make you better than JT; it only highlights how much of a failure your father, Mark Steele was. You see, you speak so highly of yourself, saying you have been in the wrestling game for years, but nobody even knows your name; you are stuck in the shadow of Marks. Who shadow isn't that great, so what does that say about you?
Brian chuckles to himself as he smirks towards the camera.
Brian- So in the grand scheme of things, your nothing more than a second-generation failure, a steppingstone for my client to elevate himself to the next level leaving you behind and advancing to the next round of the International Tournament. You call yourself the next greatest wrestler in this business—what a joke. I can't wait for JT to give you a reality check, sir.
You see, you talk a good game, and we were almost impressed, but then we realized you had reached your ceiling already, Zack. You talk about my client being one of the guys that had everything handed him when he was young. Well, you are correct on wrong. Sure his parents could afford him training at the age of eight, much more youthful than when you started at fifteen, don't you think? You see, you talk as if my client's parents were supposed to let him struggle as you did, but nope they did what they were supposed to do. They turn a child into a wrestling God at an early age. Your parents let you struggle, thinking it would make you a great wrestler, but all it did was make you weak and seek sympathy by getting known from JT, especially how you came at my other client Jake Ryan. Come Monday NighT; Mayhem JT Maverick is going to treat you how an Anacondas treats his prey. You are talking about getting back up. Still, JT is going to wrap his legs around your scrawny little neck and squeeze until the life of you fades away if you're foolish enough not to tap out, that is.
With that said, sir, I hope you bring your best because I can guarantee JT Maverick is honing his skills and making his weakness his strength, and come to Mayhem, it will be LIGHTS OUT!
The Segment ends as Brian Shaw cuts off the camera.

We open to the Steele estate, same cars parked up, only thing different to the last time we visited is a clearer brighter sky. We cut to the large back garden featuring an Olympic sized swimming pool, an ornate round garden table with several seats around it and a fire pit nearby. Zack and Mark Steele are seen sat in a hut at the side of the pool.
Mark: You seem to have your work cut out this week Zachary
Zack: You’ve seen the promos then.
Mark: Oh, how could I miss them when the boys have been sending them to me seeing as though JT and that Brian asshole love dragging the Steele name through the mud. If he had been a trainee in my gym, I would have slapped some respect into him. Because what that guy oozes in bullshit, he lacks in respect.
Zack: Yeah, the fact JT didn’t even bother responding to me himself has actually put a bad taste in my mouth, he has showed his hand that he can give it, but he can’t take it.
Mark: Coward. What does JT even stand for?
Zack: Justin Timberlake
Mark: Joke Technician
Zack: Jumbo Twat
Mark: Now Now Zachary, just because you’ve been taken under the boss’s wing doesn’t mean you can start dropping swear words in these things
Zack: Argh it’s ok, these things come with a parental advisory don’t they?
Mark: Well anyway, I think you have got this in the bag, the guy claims he’s not a one trick pony but he’s an MMA fighter with a collegiate background, the guys probably never been on a top rope let alone ran them.
Zack: Haha yeah, that Brian guys out here like “oh but he’s got a 69-0 record” now that’s a nice record but the only record that matters is his current record, and he has a loss on my record, and I do not, so you know, I have a nicer record.
Mark: They also seem really into this whole wrestling god thing, now in my time I have wrestled guys who could be considered Wrestling Gods and JT couldn’t even lace their boots. Also, calling himself a god and then Brian comparing JT to a snake, kind of poetic y’know. I just hope JT doesn’t give into the temptation of attacking too early because that would be foolish.
Zack: You know what I never made that connection but now you have said that these two are morons. He also called me a second-generation failure, which I know did not sit well with you and also made out you and mum were bad parents.
Mark: Now that upset me, he can question my career all he wants because that is in the public domain but what he is not going to do is question mine and your mothers parenting skills because we worked hard and gave you, your brother and sister everything we could. Yeah, there were years where we had to make sacrifices ourselves to give you the best Christmases and Birthdays possible, but we did it because we knew if you were happy it would make the bad days’ worth it.
Zack: And all three of us are better people because of it.
Mark: I know. Anyways, I have got some business stuff to take care of
Zack: Ok dad, I am going to make the most of this weather.
Mark: No problem, lock up when you come back in.
Mark finishes his drink and leaves the hut making his way back in
Zack: JT and his mouthpiece have fucked up now, they already had me riled up when they disregarded my ability and achievements but then they had to bring my family into it. The funny thing is Brian will not have to deal with the consequences of his words, but JT will have to deal with both the consequences of his words and Brian’s. So whatever word’s you have left to say JT, I would get them out quick because that jaw’s going to be wired shut once I am through with you.
Zack picks up his drink and heads to a lounger by the pool.
