Somewhere in the halls of the IIW arena, outside of the office of Bob Mitchell.
Walking down the hall we see both Bob, dressed in his best, a pea green suit paired with a burgundy dress shirt. Behind him is the imposing frame of The Commander.
Bob: Oh well look who finally decided to show up. We only have a promo to do to hype a show, you know that little thing we all do to create interest in Mayhem from week to week so people stream the episode the moment it drops. That thing we do so people will tune in, Netflix will give us money so we all can get paid, but you got better things to do than your jobs so by all means.
The camera seems to shrug and turn by being forced back around to stare directly into the VERY angry face of The Commander.
Bob: Remind me in the future to not use sarcasm around you camera fucknut. Take a good look at that mug and show it to everyone watching at home. That's the look you get when you piss off The Commander. Feel free to make it a meme to keep your kids up at night. You see this large man here was being kept up at night and why? Because he doesn't like being lied to. He got lied to by Osh Vaughn and how did that turn out?
Bob: Last time this large man turned up in IIW he was on the typical slide all because he listened to Osh Vaughn, more on that later. You know where he was sleeping? Out back in a cardboard apartment building next to Stabby Joe and Pissy McGee. Why? Because he listened to Osh Vaughn, more on that later. He was broke, he was broken, he was estranged from his wife and kids, and had he not occasionally shown up on IIW TV to lose to someone he would have been declared dead.
Bob: Can you imagine, this guy who fought for his country only to get disowned. Fought for money only to be denied the payday he deserves, lost in the gutter and neglected by a habitual liar, known to you folks at home as Osh Vaughn. Come fight for me he said, I'll make sure you're taken care of. I'll pay you next week, pay was given out at the pay per view you weren't booked for, there was nothing left after I took out my costs. Sounds familiar? You must be employed by Osh Vaughn too.
Bob: But it's a funny thing that happened when this big man here...
Who's still staring menacingly very close into the camera.
Bob: ... stopped listening to Osh Vaughn and started listening to me. First he had money to eat. Second he had a bed to sleep in. Third he got his hand raised in victory. Fourth, he had titles to his name and money going into his bank account. You know what money and success buy? Loyalty, something Osh Vaughn wouldn't know anything about.
Bob: So when IIW reopened it's doors Osh Vaughn was quick to sign up his favorite punching bag The Commander to come back and bow down to guy who never were worth a dime like Anthony Phoenix. Oh yeah I didn't forget about him. You got tossed out of the Lockdown Invitational because, well... We got paid. Plain and simple. You were invited and no one wanted you there so we took you out. It wasn't personal, but you claimed that we got your undivided attention, so where the fuck have you been? You got nothing to say? For YEARS The Commander got treated like a fucking floor mat in IIW and he had enough. Some people aren't content to get shit on every week, especially when the ones doing the shitting don't deserve to walk in this man's shadow.
Bob: So what about you Phoenix? Not only did this man take you out of the Lockdown Invitational, he also made sure you didn't win the TV title, and despite acting so mad you've done nothing about it. How many chances do you figure you deserve to be given huh? You had a shot at the Lockdown cup and never made it to the ring, you had a shot at the TV title and choked hard, you think you're one of Osh's little golden children where you get chance after chance without ever having to produce, or are you near the end of your nine lives? How much do you really trust the lies of Osh Vaughn? If you keep choking every time you're booked you're going to end up out on the street, lucky for you the BUM Squad are in need of a new roommate these days.
They turn to open the door to Bob's office. To almost no one but his own shock there they find, making himself at home with the IIW International Title over his shoulder, Charlie Schmidt, the janitor himself.
Bob: Go ahead, make yourself comfortable. We have a LOT to talk about.
But it's a meeting we wont be let in on. The Commander forces the cameraman back out of the office.
The Commander: Closed door meeting asshole.
Fade.

The scene opens with a flashback of last week’s main event ending where Anthony Phoenix’s attacker was revealed to be The Commander right before the current IIW Television champion Benz hits his finisher and covers Phoenix for the win the scene fades out. The face of a very determined man replaces the previous scene as Phoenix stands starring intently into the camera, nothing else can be seen behind him. only pitch black.
AP: Congratulations, Commander; you’ve accomplished something that only few others have done in the past and that is achieving my undivided attention. I had resigned myself to never knowing who attacked me but in true fashion your dimwitted manager decided to throw your fat carcass under the bus. To be perfectly honest, I don’t really care why you even had the unmitigated gall to even attempt this just understand that by doing this, you have now received a large target on your back.
Phoenix pauses and smirks.
AP: You see Commander, my Familia has a code, and, in that code, there is a very special edict that says no bad deed goes unpunished. Now some say that I’m in for a brutal beating at your hands…do you think I give a damn. I’ve made my whole wrestling career putting my body in harms way just to get what I want.
Phoenix’s expression grows darker.
AP: Just ask Benz and DiStoner…had it not been for the cheap distraction I would be the new IIW Television champion; a faux pas I will correct by using you as a steppingstone. I will get my revenge and in the process, get that match at KKND that I so rightfully deserve. Honestly, I don’t understand why Vaughn even placed that extra stipulation because it’s so blatant that YOU don’t even belong anywhere near the TV title much less any title. Otherwise you would have been in my match last week.
Phoenix chuckles.
AP: You just had to take a page out of my book to just even get a foot in the door, bravissimo. Now know this Commander and whomever else you decide to bring with you. You’ve messed with the bull now…you…get…these…horns.
Phoenix motions with his left hand, horn symbol.
AP: The time is fast approaching, so I suggest you put your affairs in tip top order, because this during our match I will stop at nothing to realize what I want...as this Monday: it’ll be my turn!
The camera pans close to Phoenix’s face.
AP: Tick…Tock!
Fade to black.

The scene opens with Anthony Phoenix sitting inside his luxurious limousine as he is sipping his favorite drink: bourbon neat. He is wearing his finest suit made by his family’s personal tailor. He takes a sip of is drink before he begins to speak.
AP: So, the cat got your tongue that you can’t speak for yourself commander. You had hide behind the man that pretty much sold you down the river…and for what? Just to get yourself into the IIW Television title picture. I guess you couldn’t quite measure up, so you had to attack me from behind instead of facing me face to face. Because you and I know that encounter last month would have ended quite different, eh?
Phoenix looks down and shakes his head.
AP: But instead of that, you took the cowards way out and attacked me from behind, only accomplishing nothing but a first-class ticket to a colossal beat down, courtesy of yours truly. Now some may say I don’t stand a chance. That I’m way in over my head…I say to those naysayers that I’ve made my living in this industry by taking risks and being, as they say, “over my head”. You see Commander and Bob; can I call you BOB? Well, for your information, I thrive on that. I mean if I didn’t, I wouldn’t have this…
Phoenix pauses and holds up the IIW Hardcore title that is on the seat next to him. (This was filmed before the current action for this title). He points at the belt before continuing to speak.
AP: As a matter of fact I wouldn’t be a two Hardcore champion if I wasn’t willing to take risks. Taking risks is my middle name. So, come Monday, I will be taking the biggest risk against your client but if this right here is any indication, I will come out on top and set my appointment to right the other wrong that befell me and that’s to become the next IIW Television champion. But first things first is your clients distracting self; removed from my path.
Phoenix pauses again to place his newly won title back on the seat beside him as he then continues.
AP: Oh, and Bob what was it you said about me and being a bum if I continue my losing ways. Does this look…
The camera pans around inside the limo as Phoenix’s voice is still heard.
AP: Like someone that is well on his way to becoming destitute? I have so much money, courtesy of family’s dealings to buy and sell you and your client…hell you and whole damn crew, ad infinitum. Now how about that? Even in your infinite wisdom of the business and that of being able to lead your so called clients will you ever achieve the kind of things I can do with the money I have: so I kindly suggest you go to someone else with those false accusations.
Phoenix chuckles as he takes another swig of the bourbon in his hand. Suddenly the car stops, and the door opens.
AP: Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got some pressing business to attend to but don’t take this as a sign that I’ve forgotten the appointed time your client and I have this Monday…the appointed soon approaches.
Phoenix grabs the camera to steady it on his serious face.
AP: Tick…tock!
Phoenix pushes the camera away as it fades out to black.
